- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been to multiple family practices being that we are in the military and move ever few years. This family practice has far exceeded any other office myself and family has been apart of. Every single staff member goes above and beyond their duties to make you feel like a person and NOT a number. My family and I have seen both Dr. DeSantis and Joel many times and they both are wonderful and thorough. They take their time and actually listen. Their office is equipped with a lab, x-ray and much more where I feel it's a one stop shop other than life threatening issues. How convenient is that? They are highly organized! When calling for a new patient appointment they have an interview process where you give them information and medical history and you have to be accepted to their practice. This to me means that they one, make sure they can handle your medical issues, and two, filter out Durg seekers. I truly believe they have every patients best interest at heart and feel like family when we are greeted for an appointment.
