- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called and made an appointment for my son called to confirm before leaving to pick him up from school that there were no changes and I was told my appointment was a week before. I explained to the appointment desk that is a mistake our appointment is today and she asked me for an appointment card (I'm assuming to prove my appointment was missed) I made my appointment over the phone because they had to call me and did not get one. I took time off of work for this appointment.
