- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The actual Dr's r nice, but u rarely get to speak to them.....the secretary is pretty good...and a few and I mean a FEW of the assistants r....but my son has some disabilities and I feel like they are not sensitive to his needs AT ALL....no one there seems to care that he has trouble with fine motor skills as well as a speech disability, so having braces is a tad more difficult than ur average teen....idk if it's bc he's on medicaid and he's just another number or what...but not impressed with their professionalism....and they don't send/make courteous reminders unless the appt is expected to b an hour or more....only Dr's office I know that doesn't do that.May 10, 2017by Rachel dobson
